Chryseia is our finest expression of the Douro Valley terroir. Made with great care and attention to detail at our winery at Quinta de Roriz, Chryseia represents our two families' commitment to producing the most elegant wine from two hallmark Douro grapes: Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca.

The year A dry and mild winter was followed by a warmer-than-average spring and hot summer – resulting in a very early vintage (28th August).

The wine The 2017 is characterised by rich structure, elegance, and freshness.
