Chryseia is our finest expression of the Douro Valley terroir. Made with great care and attention to detail at our winery at Quinta de Roriz, Chryseia represents our two families' commitment to producing the most elegant wine from two hallmark Douro grapes: Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca.

The year A very dry and mild winter was counterbalanced by a cooler summer. Rainfall in late August led to gradual ripening – reflected in the balance between acidity and sugar.

The wine The 2019 is characterised by great freshness and vibrancy.
